Today, I am sharing with you what I eat in a day. I, myself love seeing food diaries of others, so I thought I’d share mine as well.
I am absolutely NOT telling you that you have to eat this too. It is only for inspiration.
After two big glasses of water I prepare my breakfast, which is (most of the time) oatmeal, made with almond milk (unsweetened). I topped it with blueberries and half of a banana.
2-3 hours later I had an apple and a tangerine. I also make sure that I’ve already drunk 1,5 liter of water by this time of the day.
For lunch I had four of these protein pancakes with some strawberries.
Then it’s snacking time again. So I chopped half of an avocado and put that on two pieces of cripsbread. I seasoned it with some salt, black pepper, chopped tomato and lemon juice.
I cut two small sweet potatoes and a bell pepper in slices and mixed it with a tiny bit of olive oil and one garlic clove. I added chickpeas to it, spread it on a baking tray, seasoned it with some salt and pepper and put it in the oven for 25 minutes.
My last snack of the day is non-fat Greek yoghurt with strawberries and blueberries.
