What I Eat In a Day #1

Today, I am sharing with you what I eat in a day. I, myself love seeing food diaries of others, so I thought I’d share mine as well.

I am absolutely NOT telling you that you have to eat this too. It is only for inspiration.

Breakfast:
After two big glasses of water I prepare my breakfast, which is (most of the time) oatmeal, made with almond milk (unsweetened). I topped it with blueberries and half of a banana.

Protein Pancakes

These protein pancakes are my favorite to make. It’s easy, quick and keeps you full for a very long time.

What you will need (for 6-8 pancakes):

1 scoop protein powder

3/4 cup (90 grams) buckwheat flour

1 egg

1 1/2 cup (375 ml) milk

Mix all the ingredients together until the mixture has a smooth consistency. Then bake the pancakes 2-3 min. each side. It’s that easy!

Paçoca de Amendoim

Paçoca de amendoim is a Brazilian dessert that is made for Easter. There are many different ways of preparing this dessert. The main ingredients are peanuts (my fav!). It’s very simple to make and delicious too.

What you need:

1 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (185 grams)

1 cup cassava flour (60 grams)

2 tbsp sugar

pinch of salt

condensed milk

food processor
